Ford is best company in Automobile industries and Latest Technology.High quality products sell and has global customers. I like company culture and work -life balance.work environment another one plus point.we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee policy here.

Compensation is Good, but career Growth then opportunities is very slow.I do receive appreciation from my work ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my Mid-year appraisals.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire production as manage day to day yield operations. basic no production line stop in my work. parts supported on time. my customer (MFG) stratification is must my job.
