Likes:

Amazing work culture. No work pressure at all. Good opportunities to learn and upskill. Amazing office infrastructure. No dirty politics or bias based on colour or anything. A lot of personal well-being-related awareness is there. They also provide free online doctor checkups, counsellors, dietitians etc.

Dislikes:

Very less pay compared to industry. No real perks or benefits, they don't provide any goodies, WFH setup or internet. Just basic stuff like medical insurance, etc etc. Very low north Indian people.

Ford Motor Pvt Ltd is a very nice company that ever I worked there. A person can easily balance their personal & professional work together. My manager are too kind. For self growth also Ford always conduct session to learn new software. It's amazing, superv.

Dislikes:

There is nothing to dislike in Ford. My experience is amazing. The only thing is that I didn't like location & there is no other branch where can I relocate.
