Security humiliates you at many places. No work life balance, people are not well mannered and very un professional. Except for the salary no additional benefits you get such as good medical insurance for you and family. No proper food timings and breaks during shift hours.

Nothing to like in this company, all are working like slavers. No respect to employees, they are treated like labourers. Pathetic policies and bad leadership and culture.

Very bad place, it will be worst decision of your life to join Force Motors. Whole organisation is laggard and not at all employee friendly. No policies, no job security. Senior people have to leave same day without notice. People are threatened to terminate if they don't provide 3 months backdated and leave same day. Only slow people stick there, all good performers leave immediately.

Dislikes

Everything is bad at Force Motors, employees are not treated with respect. Employees are treated as insects.

It’s a terrible workplace. In 2024, this LALA company is operating the way companies worked in 1950s. It’s the most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked for. Everybody is expected to take printouts of email and get them signed. Hierarchy is such that it takes around 5-6 signatures to get the work done. Managing Director and Chairman are absolute privileged pricks with no sense of respect for human life or dignity. Attrition rates are quite high. Work culture here is such that at the time of my hiring, Third party HR suggested i should leave this company after completing a few months!! Even HR didnt wanna trick people into working here. people dont use tech, because MD doesnt encourage that! He is a person born with silver spoon in his mouth and is very disrespectful and insults all of senior leadership in front of juniors, on a daily basis.
