Assistant Manager - PE

Summary of the Role:

Expertise to handle leak test, washing, laser marking, assembly machine.

Expertise to handle controllers of leak test, washing, laser marking machines.

To ensure complete components proving, CNC programming,

Trouble shooting.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• To ensure CNC and VMC programming from component drawing
• To ensure cycle time reduction
• To ensure trials at supplier and for fixtures, leak testing and assembly machines ,etc.
• To ensure quality system compliance
• Responsible for improvement in in-house rejection, customer rejection and customer complaint.
• To ensure preparation of process sheet as per machining process
• Responsible for achieve process capability and showing continuous

improvement.

• To ensure implementation of ECN and PCN
• Drawing feasibility study

Functional Requirements :

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 / EMS/ OHSAS / EnMS system and documentation. E.g. AIISA HIRA, Energy Consumption
• Machining knowledge
• Good knowledge about machining process and CNC program.
• Engineering drawing knowledge
• APQP, PPAP, SPC
• Good Communication skill
• Thorough knowledge of PFMEA
• Thorough knowledge of control plan
• Thorough knowledge of trouble shooting
• Able to implement poka yoke
• New part development process sheet
• CMM report analysis as per part dwg.
• Responsible for handle all types of leak test machine, their controllers
• Special purpose washing machine
• Assembly machine

Very good knowledge and practical working on CNC, VMC and HMC machines, problem solving, SPC, PPAP.
