Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Machine Shop

Summary of the Role:

Responsible for Machine Shop (Production) activities of CNC Machine Shop.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• To monitoring Machine Shop Production including Makino M/c, washing Machines & LT Machines.
• To monitor Quality Parameters as per the requirements.
• To monitor the process Parameters on machines.
• To monitor Production plan vs. Actual Production as per the targets.
• Manpower Planning and efficiency.
• To co-ordinate with Quality, Maintenance and PPC team.
• To ensure and follow all safety rules.
• To maintain Housekeeping and 1s 2s of shop floor.
• To monitor smooth material handling.

Functional Requirements :

• Thorough knowledge of CNC machines and programming.
• Knowledge of CMM corrections.
• System Knowledge of TS / OHSAS, EMS and TPM.
• Knowledge of Cp / Cpk & SPC.

Experience in aluminum machining would be preferable.
