Role & responsibilities

• Work measurement i.e Cycle time preparation by use of various techniques like Synthesis method , Time Study & MOST technique.
• Implementation of Time Std. norms in shop floor .
• Manpower calculation as per monthly production plan
• Machine Capacity Calculations,
• Cycle time reduction-by way of methods improvement i.e process parameters, cutting tools, fixture, m/c programming , m/c / workplace layouts etc
• Proposals & implementation of multi machine operations
• Various incentive schemes like individual operators performance, Group performance Monitoring & Analysis
• Indirect department activity study for manpower assessment
• Monitoring of cycle time achievement
• Various budgets workout consumables, tools, m/c spares etc)
• Periodical audit of operator’s production booking

Preferred candidate profile

Should have good knowledge of Machine Shop activities, programming, cycle time calculation activities
