They take bus and canteen charges from your salary which is around 4 to 5k which is very big amount 4. HR negotiate very badly 5. People dont know how MNCs works 6. No discussion before appraisal 7. I've been here for 2.5 months already and I've learnt a lot about the manufacturing industry, from work orders to planning to the manufacturing, assembly and testing to the post production. Everyone is very supportive and friendly. For interns, transportation and lunches are free. However, as a trainee, you can take most of the learning experience only if you want to.
