It has a very healthy work environment. Management is supportive and always supports the growth of it's employees. They offer good salaries. The best thing about them is that they do hire the freshers and make them trained within some months so that they'll be able compete in the growing market.

Work Details

Working at foodland is just fun. You get to learn each passing day and can adjust yourself to any role after working few months with them. The Management Head just believes in dynamic roles and that is the best thing to grow

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
