Joined with a big hope, since company got a tagline stating "one family, one will, one family" just got carried away with all these emotional tagline. In reality, although the founder believes in some of these values, but at a ground level, there is absolutely ZERO processes followed. Only one thing what i liked about FoodHub is that it has a multi-culture environment, and you will find UK expats working alongside you and there is a cultural mix and you get to understand their culture and that was fantastic. NO PROCESS: Absolutely ZERO processes followed which was pathetic for a company of that scale. Worst thing, Founder is least bothered about it. POOR COMMUNICATION PROCESS WITHIN PROJECTS: Emails are not the norm here. Although its there but emails are not much followed. People mainly uses Zoho Chat...most of the project related are discussed beyond work hours, and it will never be communicated to rest of the team members via email or whatsoever, next day most of the team members will be clueless in the meeting as to what is going on and only 1 or 2 old people will know about it and they always have control over things. This means those 2 people will have upper hand every single time. APPRAISALS/REWARDS ONLY GIVEN TO CHOSEN FEW FAVORITE EMPLOYEES. Company hires good talent from market without any doubt but then, appraisal & rewards will be given only to same set of handful individuals repeatedly and one can easily predict who will get next reward or next quarter/yearly award with 200 percent accuracy. I have seen many resign and leave due to this reason despite their valuable contributions. RUTHLESS COMPANY POLICY. Company made everyone to come to office daily during COVID days even when every single company was following 'Work from home' as per government order in Chennai, this company demanded employees not to take leave or work from home that was really too much selfish and showing no mercy towards its employees. Irony, in their marketing materials they claim that they care for their employees and its like one family, one team....all crap and its another crappy company. POOR HR Policies. I worked in this company for 12 months and i personally experienced whatever that i' m sharing here. I wouldn't advice anyone to join this company when you have several other good options....Read More
