There is not a single policy in favour of employee, no job sequirity all depends on Directors personel decisions.

Dislikes

There is nothing to say good about FoodCloud, no trainings for staff, salary never comes on time, without reminder salary never credits, appraisal they can deny without any prior info to staff, bonus is mentioned in offer letter but never given to any staff.

I was handling the completing operation of one segment, planning,promotion,sale,payments.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
