The HR are supportive and polite. The pay scale is decent amount Rs. 15000-20000 per month.

Dislikes

The tutoring is done merely in chat mode which is not suitable for tutoring mathematics. Also the tutoring is done in the night shift (IST).

In Focus Edumatics, there is fine relationship between the students and tutors. No work pressure. Simple work to earn more.

Dislikes

Anyone do a mistake it will affect others tutoring. That means I have disappointed from the training(portal issue) and get delay salary.

The worst company, they didn't know about the value of workers. At the last time they terminate the tutors without prior information. They didn't think about the mind health of the workers. Before termination they took full work from tutors side for the clark country school. And after they terminate 1500 peoples who have experience for 2 years and less.

Each and every single things is worst. After terminating they didn't have shame to ask the people work as freelancers. Shameless fellow. If they have work means they took otherwise they through the tutors as waste.

I wish I can give it low ratings than this. There is no job security here. They will use you and kick you out any time as we are their servants or something. They just terminated 1k tutors and that too without any reason or any warning. I wish I can slap the owner of this company or management to play with our time and career.

150 rupees per hour.....You should have 40 wpm typing speed flaunt in english expert in subject you tech everything should be perfect only in 150 rupees per hour wasted my 15 days in training worst company
