I'm disappointed with the management as they don't' have any proper vision, No care about employees. Suddenly they can hire 1000 people, suddenly they will layoff very often. Unstable management.

It's an outstanding place to work and have an excellent work-life balance. We have opportunities for open communication and have a stress-free environment. This is the worst organization which has a worst work culture, they won't give you lives even if your family members passes away. Two of my family members passes away just in a span of 2 months may and July, I need to take a leaves in those days , as I took leaves they asked me to resign from the company.

Don't waste your time in this company no hike is there in this company no growth for the future no salary is provided by the end of the month.with out any prior information they will terminate the employee.

It is the worst company ever. They made some of the tutors (full-time) move into freelancing (part-time) by threatening to terminate them if they did not join the freelancing. They made a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), which itself is a fraud by them. They are putting the tutors into the PIP by identifying very minor mistakes of the tutors. They want all the tutors to join the freelancing as they don't want to pay for their salaries. This company is losing projects even if you check social media and all the reviews from American student parents; they are also saying wrong things about this company as it lacks qualified employees in higher authorities.
