Nothing. Shity company full of donkeys. The new Directors are someone picked up from streets who doesn't know anything about management. In the name of cost cutting they just fire people randomly irrespective of performance and only people from Tamil are favoured even though they can't even speak English properly or teach anything.If you are someone outside of Tamil Nadu even though you are performing good they will only prefer those from Tamil. The TLs PMs and APMs are buggers who are just waste and good for nothing. Big time idiots who are not at all employment worthy but just because there is a racism partiality these buggers are sitting on top. There is no difference between the TLs and APMs and a roadside garbage picker. A garbage picker is worth more than the newly hired idiot Directors....Read More

Anyone do a mistake it will affect others tutoring. That means I have disappointed from the training(portal issue) and get delay salary.

The worst company, they didn't know about the value of workers. At the last time they terminate the tutors without prior information. They didn't think about the mind health of the workers. Before termination they took full work from tutors side for the clark country school. And after they terminate 1500 peoples who have experience for 2 years and less.

Dislikes

Each and every single things is worst. After terminating they didn't have shame to ask the people work as freelancers. Shameless fellow. If they have work means they took otherwise they through the tutors as waste.

I wish I can give it low ratings than this. There is no job security here. They will use you and kick you out any time as we are their servants or something. They just terminated 1k tutors and that too without any reason or any warning. I wish I can slap the owner of this company or management to play with our time and career.
