Hello everyone!! I've been working in this company for more than 4 years. First I was working as a Tutor and then I became Team Lead. I love to work in this company. It is really a very good platform to improve our knowledge, communication skills, and teaching skills. I have improved myself in all these skills. I'm really happy to be a part of this company. It's an outstanding place to work and have an excellent work-life balance. We have opportunities for open communication and have a stress-free environment. They also recognize and support employees for their professional growth. Salary will be credited by the end of the month and the HR team is highly supportive of any related issues.

This is the worst organization which has a worst work culture, they won't give you lives even if your family members passes away. Two of my family members passes away just in a span of 2 months may and July, I need to take a leaves in those days , as I took leaves they asked me to resign from the company.

Even though your family members passesaway you should take leaves and you need to still work for the day.

I have had few friends who worked here, they always raved about the atmosphere. Big part of loving your job is getting along with your coworkers. Feeling compatible with the team will make you feel like you are a valuable member to the organization.

Except at peak hours, there is no job pressue. Your pay will arrive on schedule. Not a terribly strict office.

Dislikes

I would advise the management to adjust the pay in line with the going rate. Need to add night shift allowance, bons and incentives.
