There is nothing to say good about focus edumatics pvt. Ltd even though I was a part of this organisation for more than two years.

This company has the Worst management that treats tutors badly. One cannot take their career to next level by working in this company. You will be designated as tutor and treated like a student. You will be given assignments and strictly instructed to do funny videos and upload them. Promotion and salary hikes are unimaginable but the management wants their employees to show productivity equal to the employees who work in other companies. What I mean here is the company has low clients and you don't get students to teach but the management ask the tutors to take sessions and show productivity. These guys are completely ridiculous. I truly dislike this job and the work culture is also extremely poor. I have worked almost two years but I have such a worst experience here. Favouritism of team lead. No proper appraisal. They gave us continuous late night shift.

It is worst company ever not any connection with manager ever team lead also started to discriminate.

Now they come with one new process that never happened before and on the process of that assessment they terminate 4000 tutors without giving salary and compension amount and they blocked from everywhere and when we ask why you terminate no one reply. Even not provide any certificate for working. If ambition box give negative rating i would give negative rating.

They are treating employees as slaaves. They terminated many tutors without any reasons. What should I tell the Positive thing ?

They removed without any information and without any notice period. The company is falling down. Initially they not given any targets , but after sometime they give targets, how a single man do two teachings(two topics to two students at a time).
