This company is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever had the misfortune of working for. There is absolutely no opportunity for personal or professional development, and the work environment is incredibly stagnant. Management failed to communicate any plans or changes, shutting the company down without providing any prior notice or explanation to employees. Furthermore, the salary offered here is shockingly low, far below industry standards, and does not reflect the amount of effort or responsibility required in the role. I like the flexible shift and limited working hours. Working hours are not forced on tutors, its up to a tutor that how mamu hours does they want to spend working.

There is not a penny of increment while working even for 3 long years.

I applied for this company as an english educator. I got selected and sent for training. Their operation team is very slow and doesn't work well. Still I went for 1 month training along with 800 participants. Just for minor errors they rejected all and selected 5 students which means they rejected 98% of the team which is terrible.I am writing this review not to discourage anyone from joining this organisation but refraining you from wasting your time....Read More

Let me tell you the process first then you can conclude from it ... 1. Applied on August, got a call from Hr after a week ...after getting selected, Told to submit the basic details in WhatsApp 2. After 10days they called again and told that there will a training for 1 month ( daily 4 hrs for part timers) ... Keep in mind that there is no salary during training period ... Still I attended 3. Completed the training, final test and finalised my job... Then again after a week got a call to submitt all the details ( even asked for house photo, fingerprints , idk why they need it) 5. Started work.... Felt little difficult at first then it is ok ... They will assign us the session only after a week (get paid only when we take sessions... 150₹/hr) ,if student didn't join they won't pay us for it ie, a waste of time.... I already said about this company that they looted our money when I put reviews about this company they provide one mail id for sending complaints regarding work culture etc I also sent mail but they did not reply for our mail but when we put negative comments they provide mail id and apologies what I am saying means there is no jobsecurity and no skills development they closed the whole Chennai branch for their behaviour if these guys are real they might asked about Chennai branch about employees problems kindly also we did not get proper sessions also if they assigned a session the student will not attend the sessions regularly these scenarios and all happening but they did not provide work from home for us such a cheating company if they did not looted us money they should reply to my mail atleast they should enquire about Chennai branch kindly don't join in this company if we did not serve notice period for health issues they did not provide reliving certificate kindly don't join in this company especially for freshers...Read More
