There is nothing to like, This company is a scam and they are fooling USA people by providing online teaching from Indian through chat support using dummy names of usa peoples and taking their money against goverment rule. Bangalore office is a public toilet. There is nothing to learn in this company and you will forget how to do copy paste also. I worked with MIS Team and There is no power to the manager to take decision of their team also, Support Manager is controlleing entire floor, he is hiring only girls and sit between girls only. This company policy is hire and fire, they will suck out your entire energy and force you to work for 12 to 14 hrs and if you ask to go early they will threat you to fire from the company. If you are a girl and you don't know any work still the managers will be happy, their efforts will be only to take girls to Oyo rooms. Every thing here is a dislike Force you to work more without non stop break. They don't care if you die also, it's just use and through company. If you think you will work and get promotion or appraisal here, your wasting your time here. Money is only for the managers and head. Employs are just toilet cleaners for them and girls employees are bed dolls for entire organisation, even HR department will also support managers only. If you will switch to other companies and serve notice period also they will not give experience letter and they will fire you directly. Very poor management. The organisation is full of thugs and if girls are giving BJ and going to Oyo with managers then only she can servive here . Boys no chance they will force you to work work and nothing to learn only. They show documented every thing according to labour law but works against labour law. Every thing is scam here They will tell 5 working days but will call you whenever they want all 7 days you have to available 24 hours as they will ask any time to come without proper document for shift timings. It is the worst company ever. They made some of the tutors (full-time) move into freelancing (part-time) by threatening to terminate them if they did not join the freelancing. They made a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), which itself is a fraud by them. They are putting the tutors into the PIP by identifying very minor mistakes of the tutors. They want all the tutors to join the freelancing as they don't want to pay for their salaries. This company is losing projects even if you check social media and all the reviews from American student parents; they are also saying wrong things about this company as it lacks qualified employees in higher authorities. I already said about this company that they looted our money when I put reviews about this company they provide one mail id for sending complaints regarding work culture etc I also sent mail but they did not reply for our mail but when we put negative comments they provide mail id and apologies what I am saying means there is no jobsecurity and no skills development they closed the whole Chennai branch for their behaviour if these guys are real they might asked about Chennai branch about employees problems kindly also we did not get proper sessions also if they assigned a session the student will not attend the sessions regularly these scenarios and all happening but they did not provide work from home for us such a cheating company if they did not looted us money they should reply to my mail atleast they should enquire about Chennai branch kindly don't join in this company if we did not serve notice period for health issues they did not provide reliving certificate kindly don't join in this company especially for freshers...Read More
