A company free from politics. Everyone is from sales profile, so no chance of corporate politics.

Totally performance based job, and a direct marketing company. Requires you to walk everyday to hit your sales.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
