Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive, but there is no job security at all. Company policies are good but they do not stick to those its totally according to their will if they want to give you a hike or not.

They can fire you anytime they want depending on their will.

Miss communication of information Because of COVID 19 . They dropped a termination mail with out any prior intimation.which is really harsh to take When we are giving our 100% Not even a compensation they are providing

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
