It over all good, but we get promotion soon it will take 5 to 6 years.

Dislikes

Not giving promotion for senior's they open higher position and recruit new people and ther designation is higher than senior and we need to train them actually they should give opportunity insider then for that position insider doesn't suit then they go for outsider.
