HR and policies are very good in favour of employees. Flexibility and direct approach if you have any matter. Good path for appraisals even during COVID19 no dehiring happen and increment in salary provided to on roll and off-roll.

No job security only mental/emotional harassment. They not work on permenent solution they want everybody do donkey work as they are.HR not giving value to ground staff. They only beloved in AMs not look on the both side.zero value of loyalty and hardwork. Only man can survive in Flipkart who is having smart political skill.

Worst politics. Not gave anybody to stand for himself or no any manager stand for his employee and for support.they just shut the problem by keeping guns on juniors shoulder. All Area manager and RM are illiterate they don't having leadership quality then also FK are paying to this 🐴 donkey
