Other mangers except my team are very rough towards their employee also sometimes we work for 10-11 hours atleast 4 times a week even though they are not satisfied. If you work good everything will be thrown towards you, I feel stuck and also so little learning.

Promotion and recognition is poor. Life is very tough for FTC people as they treated differently in every aspects from the basics of access card to different colour for ID card which trouble them to close issue with vendors and stakeholders.

Everything is great , exposure to work the ones who studied in IIT's , NIT's and many more experienced seniors .

Though the work is almost same for Application Enginee-1 and SDE - 1 , but pay is less when compared to them .

Currently the work culture has become bad, previously it was very good. Some management change is not effective on ground. Taking feedback from ground is not very strong, thus the overall culture is getting spoiled.

The Company is good but it depends on what location you work at and who are your peers . It was my maiden SCM company and I found each task to be challenging and performed it well. I have learnt People Management well here

The criteria of promoting G5 is not correct. It's purely on manager recommendation and no exams to clear it even if the candidate is qualified for it but no promotion

1) The job security is zero please don't waste time in Flipkart third party payrolls, they just Overhired all the Candidates and then fired telling Excuse of Ramp down, Hundreds of employees are crying and feel agony by this movement. 2) They Have Managers of Flipkart who never support you in operations how to work, they only give basic understanding by theories,its not helpful. But instead they say Tum ko khud sikhna hoga hum nahi batayenge so LACK OF SUPPORT 3) Company's IT value is under process they never resolve any past problems and still it remains as it is and if your Laptop (which was Company's credentials)are not working they will say you are not working, Means they are saying you are use less instead of their on Laptops are KABADI third class and they point on you Useless minds. 4) Company's Management is still not progress , May be they Are just playing with the intentions of Employees LIKE HIRING FIRING is their game They are not Understanding feelings and intention of Employees So I never ever Recommend any one to join Flipkart by Third-party Payrolls, If you want to join than choose Company Payrolls I wrote this because it doesn't help me but for you it will ! Special attention should be given to people those who are working in last time operations role (especially G-7 and below roles ) No work life balance and space to discuss things seeks like doctership (Experienced in rest of Karnataka Forced to work by leaders without taking care of even employee health 😞)
