I have done Internship in my final semester of graduation for 5 months under NEEV program. I was intern in Myntra Return Processing center , visited Myntra FC & MH , Flipkart FC. Honestly ,What I like was I think freedom of thinking ideas and implementing the same to the FTE's. Dislikes

As a dislike I found one thing very disgusting. My manager judge me on the basis of height. He was like are you able to work here. Though he was also seeing I was a hard working individual and trying each day to think on the project I have given. So basically in RPC my project was to redesign the SOP's in such a way their Workforce can understand and implement the same without need of extra auditing and deployment of another workforce. Basically you have to shout loud for each and everything you are doing to senior manager. Other managers under him won't be able to guide you well mostly....Read More
