Initially Flipkart was known for its working culture but now it's zero this is the true fact. Hybrid model is there , but depends on your manager how it will look like. Nothing good now.

Flipkart hire based on 3rd party payroll, please it's a request don't get hired from them 1. They exploit the employee paying low salary less then market standard, and won't pay you hike till the time you will be there. 2. Flipkart talks about equality among the employees , but in office you will work same as the direct hire people even more , then also any party/ office trip any gifts or benefits from Flipkart you won't be able to enjoy because you are a 3rd party payroll . Mostly they consider you as a road side labour . Cause max managers mentality in analytics department is " If you don't want to stay don't stay, we can hire more people with less salary to work". That means people who are working want to grow their career , they don't have any respect in Flipkart . I appreciate many aspect of flipkart, but i have faced challenges in past year with the current manager, there is lack of collaboration and openness to new ideas and work assignments are not well planned, recognition seems rely solely on manger feedback, and during performance discussion, there is focus on trivial matters rather than key performance indicators, this has created a demotivating environment with a lack of acknowledgment for contributions and growth opportunities....Read More

But the most important thing is, too much politics, too much gossips, and partiality with Diversity. Even after having adequate leaves you can't ask for it. Management is biased towards those who are buttering them.

As a company flipkart is good but not the HR team

Dislikes

Central HR team is worst, in the name of diversity they ruin talent and Managers still follow taking credit of the team. they hire contract HR for fulfilling work and terminate them if we question regrading work burnout. Managers in HR team need to upskill their talent than sitting on 90's culture of sourcing and hiring

Other mangers except my team are very rough towards their employee also sometimes we work for 10-11 hours atleast 4 times a week even though they are not satisfied. If you work good everything will be thrown towards you, I feel stuck and also so little learning.
