Bias of action and more importance to female employees and outsourcing partners. Many managers in Flipkart doesn't even have a degree and get promoted being close to senior management. They ask u to work overtime and on weekends also and there is no extra payout given to any employee. Bias is what you can see in Flipkart.

If you are joining through third party payroll then don't expect any hike or promotion and be ready after 1year of you want to stay you will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility. Eg: a manager with 10years of operations experience become a analytics manager in a day and given this fact , he will be getting training from the current data analyst employees. Plus the data analyst who are already working for 3years they wont give you any promotion opportunity rather they will say 'we are unable to pay you salary we don't have budget , if you are interested for promotion by hearing this go for it" .
