Flipkart is a bias work place where one community people are benefited. Lots of politics and ethics team is just for name sake which works only for the managers. Work culture says not to date or marry your reporting employee but managers there take advantage of their designation and do unethical things. Dislikes

Bias of action and more importance to female employees and outsourcing partners. Many managers in Flipkart doesn't even have a degree and get promoted being close to senior management. They ask u to work overtime and on weekends also and there is no extra payout given to any employee. Bias is what you can see in Flipkart.

No job security ,problem is with senior management but still medium and junior level employees are being targeted for non performance of any vertical. Senior management are not trust worthy specially in Flipkart grocery vertical if you get job do not join you will spoil your career as there is no learning only office politics.

There is not a single thing to like about them. They have a very dull work environemnt and you can see the dissapointment on peoples faces at the start of the day itself

Your manager will fill you up with lies about why you will not get hike/promotion. No work life balance. Post working hours colleagues/lead will keep bothering you. Meeting deadlines every other day. Managers dont know how to work smart. You will be drained within a month
