Company policies and work culture is great at Flipkart which are employee friendly.

Dislikes

In every company there is some politics and same in Flipkart as well. No support & Training provided to any new joiners. you have to learn & do your job yourself. Sometimes work life balance not maintained due to excessive workload.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
