Likes

Flipkart was good place to work before 2021.Due to poor hold on policies.toxic people are ruling it now. I have seen good leaders/ manager are not happy to work on Flipkart now. Many people silently leaving it due to toxic culture and dirty politics.

Dislikes

Poor hold on policy. All policy support to culprit and victim suffered.HR are as good as now a days news channel. There is nothing confidential. To get advantage they shared information.
