Iam working in this organization ast 9 years iam determined to most of my potential and iam confident I can achieve great things..there has been decision taken by management and HRBP Rahul shukla sir take action in order to reduce operationcost some other reason ..iam 100 % potential my duties 13 hours in organization hard working..it is very sad..to thanks.

There is not a single thing to like about them. They have a very dull work environemnt and you can see the dissapointment on peoples faces at the start of the day itself

Your manager will fill you up with lies about why you will not get hike/promotion. No work life balance. Post working hours colleagues/lead will keep bothering you. Meeting deadlines every other day. Managers dont know how to work smart. You will be drained within a month

Initially Flipkart was known for its working culture but now it's zero this is the true fact. Hybrid model is there , but depends on your manager how it will look like. Nothing good now.

Flipkart hire based on 3rd party payroll, please it's a request don't get hired from them 1. They exploit the employee paying low salary less then market standard, and won't pay you hike till the time you will be there. 2. Flipkart talks about equality among the employees , but in office you will work same as the direct hire people even more , then also any party/ office trip any gifts or benefits from Flipkart you won't be able to enjoy because you are a 3rd party payroll . Mostly they consider you as a road side labour . Cause max managers mentality in analytics department is " If you don't want to stay don't stay, we can hire more people with less salary to work". That means people who are working want to grow their career , they don't have any respect in Flipkart . Very open organisation, provides ample opportunity to work and develop systems and processes.

Currently the work culture has become bad, previously it was very good. Some management change is not effective on ground. Taking feedback from ground is not very strong, thus the overall culture is getting spoiled.

Actually the best thing about Flipkart is the smart people who you get to work with. Great extra benefits. Work life balance great (Depends on team)

Strong Opinion after 2022 : No hikes for the last 2 year. Smart people leaving the organisation , no retention. Just work but no direction or leadership vision. The culture was great before and after the covid era till 2022

No job security ,problem is with senior management but still medium and junior level employees are being targeted for non performance of any vertical. Senior management are not trust worthy specially in Flipkart grocery vertical if you get job do not join you will spoil your career as there is no learning only office politics.

But the most important thing is, too much politics, too much gossips, and partiality with Diversity. Even after having adequate leaves you can't ask for it. Management is biased towards those who are buttering them.

I like its benifits, leave, team culture.

Dislikes

Internal management not bother about the employee's thought, and value. Managers are always prefer there references. Policy book is there but management are not want to here a single word from the employee's which are given in policy, untill higher managements are not involved.
