Really not like working with Flipkart First thing service to the customer provided by Flipkart is very dissatisfied and very disappointed for which customers are also not happy with services only we all are as a executive make a friendly and polite nature by which they give csat and good ratings...

Salary is very low not any growth and safe career in Flipkart not any security even customers are also not happy not having good services to CX and I have many points in which Flipkart company all departments process isn't up to the Mark

Working in a flipkart was very good that was a time to time job no neet to work extra and also their was the option for overtime and incentive to earn more. And also having the option to fill IGP to grow on the position

Yeah,Surely. The Company is having a great environment as well as poor but in reality, I love the fact that they are very disciplined in matter of salaries.

Dislikes

The work-load is very high and tasks become repetitive with time. There is no work-life balance. You might feel lost in the crowd, and it is hard to feel the impact of your contribution to such a huge company. And also the compensation is decent, but growth is too much slow.

We have a work to understand the customer's concern and then let them believe that we'll solve his/her issue. but practically we're just making them fools.
