If you are joining through third party payroll then don't expect any hike or promotion and be ready after 1year of you want to stay you will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility.
