The company hierarchy is the poorest I've ever seen. Everyone just keeps blaming you for their own faults. They always try to get their jobs done by you. The team leads, reporting manager everyone just gets on your nerves. The work environment for interns is really toxic. No increments nothing to learn. You just have to perform tasks of your managers and team leads. If you want your peace of mind then please avoid joining here (especially as an INTERN)....Read More

The kind of work been done there opens a lot of doors for a candidate who decides to leave the company after 2 year. Good company to work for 2 years max.

Dislikes

Their managers are all from one college- Dhanbad.... Their is favouritism. Honest performers aren't acknowledged. One has to open (L)pick the boots of key stake holders and always brag their own performance in order to remain relevant. I served the company for more than 2 years and was one of top performers but faced a lot of unnecessary criticism because of office politics
