He is solely focused on monetary matters and doesn't prioritize tools or resources that could benefit the team. If you ask for help, he pretends to be supportive, but later engages in backbiting. His words cannot be trusted. Additionally, issues like time tracking—whether with Time Doctor or the Upwork tracker—will leave you stressed. You cannot directly approach anyone else, as they insist on communicating through teams like Chiranjit. His ego is immense, and he perceives team activities as unnecessary.
