Dislikes

Office can be better. Not much non work activity Founders visit India not often (but available all the time in calls and videos) Top Management too much demanding on quality. No compromise on quality of delivery even if people have to stay back and work. Good for company. Good learning but stressful sometimes Reviews with founders are very difficult.

Work policy: they are moving to full flex after 2 months. Now 3 to 4 days but flexible.
