1. 15 hrs avg work with no good backup plan, so if you are sick take meds and work if you don't want the task to go down in the drain. 2. Sapience tool where you have to give a click before 2 min on role specific productivity app else time will go unaccounted. And the min accounted time should be 8 hrs per day.

Just its Product Based company which we like but it's working like services based only.

Time management tool named Sapient install in the machine which creates fullish time tracking and because of that employee are always in pressure. Managers are non technical and there for 10-15 years . Lot of internal politics. No technical growth. Now started exams for associates. No work life balance.Afrer merger company is in big trouble in terms of attrition.

1-Write some best approaches towards Coding standards. 2-Projects are very good as they are very core of Banking systems. 3-Job Security is excellent. Appraisals are average could range from 6-18. 4- Learning is always there.

1- People who are from starting in Fiserv like 10 years old become Managers. They have their own group and so there is no chance for new guys to get place in between them, because they see orthers as outsiders and so a lot of politics goes on. 2-You have to be either work completely in isolation with out involving managers too much,otherwise for only bootlickers can survive in such unprofessional environment. 3-People are very unprofessional. manager takes thinks very personal. Isaw it happens with many of my friends. This is reason Iteration rate is also very high which reached to 28% at a time and on average it always lie between 20-25% in my team. At bigger level I Can't say and don't know. 4-Salary is below Market standard. 5-They keep on showing you that they are willing to send you onsite, but they will never send because of all Politics. 6-Work environment is not good. 7-Work-life balance is tolerable....Read More
