I worked at FIC (Now known as First American Indian) for 18 months. A totally friendly environment to work. There were lots of opportunities when I was working. I got a lot of appreciations and got recognized soon to move to next level. Because of a misunderstanding in my role, I quit by issuing an hand written resignation. Later aweek, HR sent a letter to my home stating; as you didn't serve the notice period, we consider your services as termination. I felt bad as I did a lot of work for them. Though understood that it was important for me to serve notice. Later, I guess after 6 months or so they credited about 7k as my revenue share. This made me regret. I should have not left my job. This is a company where you can plan to retire....Read More

There are no such bad experience to express. However, I feel that the HR team should have called me for a discussion.

Work Details

This process is related to title insurance. When I joined in 2006, there were close to 5000 employees. Now there are about 35000 +. So lot of opportunities if you can prove yourself.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
