1.Got all motivation training and certification body training, 2.Getting 13 month salary also 3.Good team supportability

1.unable to go home on time because over commitments 2.unable to concentrate on personal life.

Work Details

New tool tryout, parameter fixing, corrective action for top rejection ,training to my team, 8D completion, KPl review for daily output, customer audit -auditee ,internal audit-auditor, followino production activities as per schedule, reporting to Manager

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
