Everything, whatever they say is false, it's a hard core collection process along with daily targets... Stated Training was for month but actually it was only for 6 days. The worst company that I have ever worked with. There is a trainer by the name of Aaron Dias and a training manager by the name of Reema chawla, both of them are very biased and play favouritism. If they have to remove an Employee from the office they start playing games to remove and save their image by asking the Employee to leave. Transport facility is also pathetic many times no cab assigned had to go by self uber. THE WORST AND THE PATHETIC BPO IN THE INDUSTRY. THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING THIS COMPANY....Read More

I really don’t like, you never know when you’ll be fired and there’s dirty politics and vulgarity. Cheap crowd, no promotion and appraisal. TLs and managers are so rude and they all have settings with HR and they even date HR. Sick environment.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
