Not much just job security is good with leaves in number though they may or may not allow you based on project

As you become well committed employee you get more work to be finished but the pay remains same

Likes

Mangers and team are very friendly and supportive. We can delegate work within the team. Since it is product based company won't get promotions that much easily. Appraisal is fair and hike completely based on business profits.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
