Senior management is there to please their US counterparts, cannot independently take decisions and back it's employees. Forces employees to work after shift. Too much pressure on seniors. No job security, they're laying off people.

Worst Work culture, micromanagement and clarity on responsibilities is not good. Silent layoffs happening forcing people to resign right then and there has been the norm. Management is clueless about the VMG.

Terrible work culture!! toothless senior management at FAI !! 90% of senior management working there from more than a decade and behave as if org is there own property, they dont have skill set and ability to manage their US counterparts and simply transfer the blame on new comers and subordinates
