Senior management is there to please their US counterparts, cannot independently take decisions and back it's employees. Forces employees to work after shift. Too much pressure on seniors. No job security, they're laying off people.

Manager's Showing Favoritism & Partiality..They're not giving any Appreciation & Recognition .. Manager forcing to work after shift timings and also not giving OT for working hours.. Thank you..

No proper knowledge transfer for new joiners. No proper plan for up skilling for application and projects. They will plan for one skill and will ask to work another tool. No proper support from manager.

No job security. Made us wait for 9 months until they appointed us (we were freshers) and then laid us off within 8 months. Lost about a year of experience

Worst Work culture, micromanagement and clarity on responsibilities is not good. Silent layoffs happening forcing people to resign right then and there has been the norm. Management is clueless about the VMG.
