Job security 90% , work culture is ok ok , company policies are also okay okay not so good not so bad , politics 50%, not so good incentive plain , No work load, teammates are supportive, management is transparent. Appraisal are not fair they dont give salary hike

Politics are there also they not giving decent salary career growth is slow , basic training is good but process training is bad , every trainer has their different theory which is very confusing for bignner

It was quite good ! Struggle in the beginning but after few months i learnt everything by my own and with the help of my teammate then my journey is quite smooth.

There should be more focus on Compensation part. After all employee need money which comes after all the deduction in their hand. So if that can be increased it will be more effective. Rest everything is good about Nthrive. I learnt lot from here.
