Even though I am a new intern in Finndit , I love how the seniors treat me . They give me respect like i am an experience team member. Since I am new , I get to be a part of multiple departments . That gives me exposures to each sector. this will be a great positive for me going forward.

Dislikes

Sometimes, it could be a bit difficult to juggle arround the various jobs an interns has to do.

The best part about my job is that i get to explain the benefits of using Finndit to new clients everyday. I get to interact with a lot of new business owner who wish to expand their operations and go digital. I highlight the advantages of going online and how it could boost their business.

There are times when people test my patience as they are not ready for change.

I love innovating new techniques to make the Finndit app much more user friendly and efficient. Being a core member of the backend department , I am responsible for making bug fixes for the app as well as developing new techniques to make the effective and up to date .

The challenges could seem really hard at times . A lot of perseverance is required to conquer those obstacles.

The only issue with that is that not everyone understands the uses of Finndit right away.

I Love the Fact that I get to work on Finndit Platform to make it more beneficial for the end users. I have to insure that we incorporate customer feedback to include new features to our Platform. They will help the privates users as well as enterprises.
