Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The Only thing I liked there was the name of the society..Finish...Your future your career...Your self esteem everything you positively have in yourself.

Dislikes

I would say that only spoon feeder can survive here. Doesn't matter whether you are a master degree holder cause a guy who is hardly 10th or 12th passed may become your reporting manager. The only thing you will get here is stress , overburden of work...Nothing else. Just read it before you are going or thinking to join this mind blowing organization.
