Was never paid on time and there is always cheap politics in the company! None of them apparently speak English at work! Horrible relationships between every one! One could never reach such targets that have been set as it's response time from the banks and nbfcs are too high.. also there are no benifits given to the employee that have been promissed earlier during the hiring process. Good Opprtunity to work in a startup environment. Gives freedom to implement ideas. Tech / expertise selling hence automatically hones our selling skills.

Current market environment is yet to open up after the nbfc crisis. However management has brought in innovative funding options and more tie up to compensate this. Being a startup of some of the employees recruitment was not relevant as they ended up demotivating others without achieving numbers. But after proper appraisal processput in place these problems have been eliminated with the problematic guys moving out when their performance was being analysed.
