Nothing. Office politics they prefer mostly south peoples. Bad working environment . Colleagues also bad in behavior. Not helping us. If taking help they are telling you don't have knowledge like that. Never work in this company. Life become hell.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
