Roles Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and expiry tracking
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and patients regarding medication needs
Collect requisition forms from doctors and present them to the pharmacy committee for review and approval
Ensure compliance with drug safety guidelines and legal regulations
Prepare and maintain accurate pharmacy reports and documentation
Provide guidance and training to pharmacy staff
Drug licensing and their periodic renewal
