HR Policy is Worst , it can change any time if you decided to left Company. Company's Senior Management ,take thing personally and ruined your life if you put Paper . Once you joined this Company then forget about your Social Life. In this Company, there is only one HR and your leave is depend up on her decision instead of Manager. They think, if people will left this company then they can not get better opportunity in Future and they will torture you like anything if you decided to leave the company.
