Work culture, no work life balance. No skill development. Managers are god and need to praise them and they hv favourites and they take any suggestions front hen only and your opinion does not matter. Long term ppl don't allow you to grow and hike forget service based provide competitive hikes. Health insurance one of the worst. Lotof micromanagement. They say agile but team does not follow any agile process. All stories are priority. Need to work more than the specified time. Lot of call post logout in the night. The Director, VPs+ have no clue on the projects running. They are considered event managers when US partners visit India. The unnecessary no promotions/no increments at various levels this time despite company performing very high in markets and achieving record margins, signals that someone(s) at the top wants to just prove a point and score on a KPI to show US partners.

Long work hours, in the evening calls till 9-10 pm is common Recently organization has started micro-management They have started strict attendance in office and has direct impact on hikes promotiona etc, even employees are given IP rating (managers are asked to provide IP rating to atleast 10 percent of their team)and asked to leave

Learning platforms and learning days are great, but it would be even better if we weren't indirectly asked to do work. Also, free cab services is a nice addition

Recognition and accurate feedback are often elusive unless you have a close relationship with your Tech Lead or Scrum Master. Managers/CLs could better evaluate employees' contributions by considering multiple perspectives rather than relying on feedback from a single team member. Favoritism significantly impacts appraisals and promotions.

Fidelity looked to be a great place which had good job security. But now things looks to be changing. Mandatory last (IP) ratings , Based on managers preferential treatment for some associates ,silent politics . Networking is a very key aspect for individuals career. It looks like they are taking measures to force people move out on their own.
