The management was not supportive during covid. The company did not support WFH during Covid and thus were asked to come office and work post the month of June. No safety parameters were maintained as well.

There is too much office politics and the management is also not good. They turn a deaf ear to the employee's problems. Give them high volume of work without much salary. Yearly hikes are also very poor.
